The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for business development to include sales and marketing campaign management, social networking, and identifying potential new customers for Archetype Consulting. The BDR will report to the Director of Demand Generation. Territory will be a portion of the United States and is a 100% remote opportunity.
As an employee of a virtual company, the BDR must be self-sufficient and pro-active in managing their work, while maintaining appropriate communication and escalation to the field sales teams. They should be able to work both independently and as part of a team and be committed to continuously improving Archetype’s operations and profitability.
Prospect new and existing accounts to generate a viable pipeline of CPM and Analytic opportunities for our Field Sales team.
Execute sales strategy for accounts nationally.
Execute marketing material and campaigns.
Familiarity with social networking platforms and collaboration tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
Familiarity with demand generation tools, such as, Lead Pages, HubSpot, LeadFeeder, etc. Is a plus.
Work with the Director of Demand Generation to develop and execute sales strategy in their assigned territory.
Work directly with Field Sales team to target and prospect new accounts.
1-3 years sales experience in professional services, software, or similar industries.
Self-Starter who must be able to work independently from home.
Willingness to learn new methods and technology applications.
Ability and/or confidence to interact with finance and technology business leaders.
Basic understanding of how to leverage technology to generate new sales opportunities.
Must be articulate and possess effective communication skills – oral and written.
Must be willing to learn and have fun.
