Job Description
Archetype is seeking a Lead Security Analyst/Specialist to work with our customers to solve complex problems with well-designed, modern analytical solutions. This role’s responsibilities include:
Working with customer’ and Archetype’s executives, to define the security architecture vision, capabilities, and solutions
Serve as a thought leader for Security industry trends, new and existing technology offerings, and architectural concepts.
Perform proactive or reactive security architecture and configuration assessments across legacy/cloud environments and play a constructive role in change management processes
Stay up to speed on emerging technologies and dynamic in how we evolve our approach for our customers.
Support sales processes by participating in scoping calls, solution design workshops, developing estimates and prototyping solutions.
Proactively identifying opportunities for upsell and account expansion.
Support project management and mentor/manage junior resources.
Most of the work can be managed remotely but may require occasional travel to client site.
Required Qualifications: (Must Have)
5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in security (compliance standards and documentation, protocols, network security, privileged access management etc.)
5+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms: (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience securing AWS based DevOps environments, including but not limited to security of different AWS Services, best practices for IAM configuration and security of data at rest/in-transit within or across AWS accounts etc.
Experience implementing Single Sign On (SSO) such as Okta and AWS with services such as Snowflake and Tableau Online
Experience preparing, validating, and/or maintaining security documentation including, but not limited to: system security plan (SSP), risk assessment (RA), contingency plan (CP), privacy impact assessment (PIA), eAuthentication assessment, FIPS categorization
Experience in System Security Assessments and Auditing
Experience taking high-level security requirements, identifying required architecture, and translating into technical tasks for relevant project teams to execute
Experience with FISMA Cybersecurity compliance requirements.
Experience providing direction in developing oversight tools and conduct routine and ad hoc monitoring of Access Health business and technology operations, including adherence to CMS MARS-E, NIST 800-53, IRS 1075, HIPAA, PHI, PII. etc.
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have)
Data driven mindset with a degree in any quantitative discipline such as Cyber Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. MS/PhD a plus.
Experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehousing
Proven track record of implementing enterprise integration concepts
Enterprise Application Integration Architecture
Certified Scrum Product Owner
Experience with Kafka, HIVE, HBase, Hadoop, Spark
Architect-level certification(s) in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience collaborating with client IT organizations to define appropriate solutions
Exposure to multiple BI Tools: Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Sigma, PowerBI.
Experience and interest in machine learning models and data science concepts.
