Archetype performed an assessment of HarborOne Bank that was focused on finance and risk data usage. The assessment identified Data Governance as a critical need for the company to increase data awareness and usage across the organization.
Although this project was not solution based, Archetype performed training and education sessions around how Data Governance can deliver high-quality, trusted, and compliant data, which is why data leaders are pursuing these types of initiatives.
By alerting HarborOne Bank to the gap in Data Governance, they now recognize the need to implement effective means to make it a part of their process. With this newfound knowledge, they’re looking at implementing a Data Governance council to develop a strategy moving forward. In turn, this will add trust and understanding to HarborOne Bank’s data and accelerate digital transformation across the company.
