Spending the last few months getting to know TopDown, I have come to admire and respect Juan, his leadership team and the organization they have built over the last 18 years. We have a lot to learn from each other. But, most importantly, I look forward with great confidence in our combined potential to grow and develop a compelling value proposition for our customers and team members alike.
