Channels Marketing Manager

The Partner Channels Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key technology partners to drive mutual business growth. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives, co-selling and marketing opportunities, and partner enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology ecosystems, the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, and a proven track record in partner/channel management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strategic partnerships and is passionate about driving revenue growth in the technology services space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, ensuring mutual goals are aligned to drive revenue growth and successful outcomes

  • Manage portals – input and maintain deal reg & case studies and use cases

  • Manage tier requirements

  • Drive & manage internal certifications and partner revenue requirements to achieve & maintain tiers

Channel Strategy Development: Work with the leadership team to define and implement the partner strategy, identifying new partnership opportunities and optimizing existing relationships

  • Promote archetype brand with vendor channels counterparts

  • Market Archetype offerings with partners

  • Assist in defining key metrics for Archetype partner tiers

  • Understand, catalog and manage partner available funds for marketing, events, POCs, etc.

Co-Selling and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop co-selling strategies, joint go-to-market campaigns, and partner enablement programs.

  • Lead Bi-weekly status updates on partner happenings (technology, deal flow, events, etc.)

Revenue Growth: Drive measurable revenue growth through partner channels by identifying opportunities for collaboration on technology solutions, customer acquisition, and service delivery

  • Drive 1 new opportunity per month to sales team

  • Drive 1 new logo closed per quarter through channels development

Performance Tracking: Set performance targets and KPIs for partner activities, tracking success through regular reporting and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes

Internal & External Case Study collection and management:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for case study development

  • Collaborate with internal departments for case study content

  • Communicate quantifiable value statements associated with project outcomes

Events and Campaigns: Assist Archetype marketing team with conference logistics and work with software partner marketing teams for webinar events, campaigns and conferences. Assist with tracking follow-up on opportunities as a result of partner events

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technology developments to continuously improve the partner program

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5-10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or a related field within the technology industry

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships

  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems, cloud services, SaaS, and enterprise solutions such as AWS, Snowflake and/or OneStream

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships

  • Experience in managing multiple software partners simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track performance metrics effectively

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam)

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Self-starter, capable of running and owning partner initiatives with little oversight

  • Experience in professional services sector

  • Existing relationships within the modern technology partner ecosystem

  • Understanding of the dynamics of co-selling and joint go-to-market strategies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
