Specific tasks you will perform as a Federal Data Analytics SME include, but are not limited to: 

• Serve as SME in the modern data & solutions architecture efforts designing ingestion pipelines (ETL/ ELT), architecting data warehousing, performing analytics and data science and building data intensive applications. 

• Lead business process reengineering and organizational change efforts to resolve operational bottlenecks by modernizing legacy systems, eliminating manual processes, and data siloes across data types, business units, and workloads.  

• Familiarity with federal proposals and understand the interconnectivity of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.  

• Familiarity building estimation inputs into cost and pricing models for complex enterprise solution bids, proposals, or ROMs  

• Support sales processes by participating in scoping calls, solution design workshops, developing estimates and prototyping solutions 

• Most of the work can be managed remotely but may require occasional travel to a client site. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Cloud experience with one of the following: AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP 

• Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks 

• Experience with ETL / ELT integration platforms (e.g. dbt, Coalesce, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, etc.) 

• Experience pr familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.  

• Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus 

Required Skills:   

• U.S. Citizenship. 

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to attain a secret clearance. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a similar analytical field 

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work federal government experience 

Desired or Nice to have skills: 

• Preferred Certifications: MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma 

• Experience with CPM/EPM applications 

• Experience with a professional services company, consulting firm, or Federal/DoD agency
