Job Description

Archetype is seeking a Solution Architect (OneStream – Federal) to work with our federal and public sector customers to advise on a wide variety of transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects leveraging market leading tools such as OneStream. This role’s responsibilities include:

• Lead public sector and federal process and performance management engagements, working with leadership of government agencies to execute on large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions

• Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans

• Stay up to speed on emerging technologies and dynamic in how we evolve our approach for public sector

• Support sales processes by participating in scoping calls, solution design workshops, developing estimates and prototyping solutions

• Proactively identifying opportunities for upsell and account expansion

• Most of the work can be managed remotely but may require occasional travel to client site

Required Qualifications: (Must Have)

• Minimum of 5 years of direct, full life cycle OneStream implementation experience

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to attain a secret clearance.

• Extensive Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specific to the DoD PPBE processes or relevant civilian agencies.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience Government financial systems experience

• Strong knowledge of metadata concepts (i.e. Cubes, hierarchies, dimensions)

• Ability to demonstrate the use of Workflow, Cube Views, Dashboards and Security

• Experience with data integration tools

• Experience with data transformations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have)

• OneStream Certified Professional Lead Architect

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field

• Certifications: CDFM or CDFM-A, CGFM, DAWIA, DFMCP, MBA, PMP, CSM, CFA, CPA, or Six Sigma
