Job Description

Archetype is seeking a Sr. Consultant to work with our customers to advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises on a wide variety of transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects leveraging market leading tools such as OneStream. This role’s responsibilities include:

• Support in business process and performance management engagements, working with finance leadership of commercial companies to execute on large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions

• Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans

• Stay up to speed on emerging technologies and dynamic in how we evolve our approach for our customers

• Support sales processes by participating in scoping calls, solution design workshops, developing estimates and prototyping solutions

• Proactively identifying opportunities for upsell and account expansion

• Most of the work can be managed remotely but may require occasional travel to client site

Required Qualifications: (Must Have)

• 1+ years of direct, full life cycle OneStream implementation experience

• 1+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency

• 2+ years of professional experience with Planning/Consolidation/CPM applications

• Understanding of Financial Close Consolidation and planning process experience

• Understanding of metadata concepts (i.e. Cubes, hierarchies, dimensions)

• Ability to demonstrate the use of Workflow, Cube Views, Dashboards and Security

• Experience with data integration tools

• Experience with data transformations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have)

• Any OneStream Certifications or Coursework

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field

• Certifications: CPA, MBA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma
