Archetype completed an assessment and developed a roadmap that provided a path for a more efficient and effective way to capture, govern, and report from HOME’s current operational data systems. The goal of the assessment was to identify gaps and provide direction on implementing a data platform for reporting and analytics. The assessment focused on defining a process and data model to empower users at all levels of the organization to apply data assets in driving business decisions from a product, expansion, and customer insights perspective. 

Utilizing Snowflake, Archetype will implement a data warehouse to centralize and integrate the company’s Encompass data assets. The project will include replacement of outdated reporting tools with PowerBI to create a self-service environment for Encompass data reporting. This will in-turn, minimize using Excel-based manual processes for data integration and reporting, along with the need to create and execute Encompass pipelines for data acquisition. Deployment of an initial set of management dashboards will deliver key insights to promote more rapid, timely and improved decision making.  Additionally, system-to-system data transfers of Encompass data to Prologue will be automated while key components for enterprise data management and governance will be coordinated alongside HarborOne Bank’s digital transformation initiative.
