As Head of Finance, Sue brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance operations, and business strategy. Her background spans international expansion, consolidations, treasury management, forecasting, and driving growth initiatives. Sue is passionate about empowering teams with the financial insight, reporting, and analysis they need to make informed decisions and meet ambitious growth goals.

Prior to joining Archetype, Sue held leadership roles at several start-ups and consulting firms, where she played a key role in scaling finance and accounting functions across multiple countries. She led the development of systems and processes to support global accounting, treasury, and FP&A capabilities. Sue collaborates closely with delivery and operations teams to align financial strategy with execution.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys walking her dogs and restoring her historic home. She loves traveling with her daughter and cheering on Boston sports teams with her son.
