A Fortune 150 energy holding company, specializing in delivering energy efficiency solutions, was looking to increase insight into their 30+ current reports through consolidating their Tableau data in order to drive business decisions. Archetype was able to simplify the reporting from 30+ reports to 12.
The customer was struggling with an excess of Tableau reports that contained overlapping information. In addition to the lack of confidence in the reporting, it also resulted in lost time wading through reports to gain valuable business insights, and time spent manually mapping data extracts.
This effort was solely focused on Tableau 10.5. In addition to the report consolidation, Archetype created and built new reports around Abandoned Cart, Sales Target, and Product Affinity dashboards.
After the implementation, the customer now has access to a core set of reports that decrease the time spent on researching issues. As part of the project, Archetype also corrected several data quality issues and created a load process to retrieve key client reference data for measure and product, which decreased the time and effort to manually map external data extracts to internal client reports.
